Property Data Accuracy Codes

Addresscloud use a standard set of accuracy codes for our property and rebuild data which reflect how the data has been sourced/modelled.  These are as follows:

• A: an observed or recorded primary record based on a trusted reputable data source
• B: the attribute has been derived from other observations within a building outline where there are statistically significant consistent observations
• C: the attribute has been derived from other observations within a postcode unit where there are statistically significant consistent observations
• D: the attribute has been derived from other observations within a postcode sector or ONS LSOA area where there are statistically significant consistent observations
