Listed Grade

Listed grade is sourced from National Heritage listings for England and the equivalent bodies for Wales and Scotland. The data we received is a point map of listed features, these are not always buildings and so we do our best to filter out any non-building features from the data based on the description. We then link the listed feature to the nearest building within 10 metres and apply the grade accordingly.

Social Housing

For social housing we have two sources: land registry price paid listings which include a social housing flag and the National Register of Social Housing (NROSH). We used these datasets linked to an address by UPRN to indicate if a property is or has been social housing. This data is not exhaustive as there will be social housing which pre-dates any register and will therefore not flag as such and there may also be properties which were previously social housing but are now privately owned.
