Addresscloud Maps Service Worker Fix
A small number of customers have reported issues with an older version of Addresscloud Maps being cached in their browser and therefore not being able to receive updates. Usually clearing the cache using CTL+F5 on a Windows Machine or CMD+Shift+R on a Mac will resolve this but in some cases a stubborn browser will hold on to the old version of the application. We typically see this with Microsoft Edge and clients using Chrome have not reported this issue.
If you are still seeing the issue after clearing your cache the video below whilst a little fiddly should resolve your problem. Once this has been done you will not need to run this again as we have added a new widget to automatically look for updates and tell you when these are available.
